Benjamin Hensel has been involved in high-performance sport since he was a child and has now been working in the sports business for over 15 years. He has held various positions, such as coach, sports director and scout. In addition to Makkabi Frankfurt, his positions include the Hessian Football Association (HFV) and Inter Miami (MLS). Due to these various activities, Benjamin has a large national and international network and is recognized as a trusted advisor for players and coaches of various age groups. Benjamin is an expert on the topics of leadership, change management and decision making. Communication is always key. Below you can see an excerpt of Benjamin's qualifications.

Target Group
Ben offers his service to any player (gn) who is seriously interested in further development on and off the pitch and is looking for support.
Nationality, religion, skin color, gender orientation, etc. do not matter. Everyone is welcome and equally respected.

Our Mission
Our goal is competent collaboration at eye level. A relationship of trust should develop here in order to be at your side in an advisory capacity in all career situations, both on and off the field.
What do we have to offer?
Before signing any contract, we offer a free initial meeting to get to know each other and discuss your needs. On the basis of this meeting, a specific schedule is then developed, including the topics that will subsequently be covered.
We currently offer a total of 4 packages, which differ in terms of program duration and content. The bronze package is purely online support via WhatsApp or email. The silver package, on the other hand, offers up to 4 additional personal coaching sessions. The gold and platinum packages also include the implementation and analysis of a psychometric assessment, as well as a higher number of coaching sessions (up to 12 sessions in the platinum annual package).
Depending on the scope, the packages range in price from EUR 49 to EUR 99 per month, although reduced one-off payments are also possible for the packages. A detailed list is available on request.
In addition to these services, we also offer other services such as player recruitment activities for clubs and players or scouting activities and evaluations of video material. For further information, please contact us personally.
